At Life Personified, we believe every purchase tells a story. If any item doesn’t quite resonate, we’ll make it right—no hassle, no guilt.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be purchased directly from Life Personified’s online store.
- Returns accepted for most full-price products.
- Certain categories—such as personalized items, gift cards, digital downloads, final-sale products, or health/hygiene products (including cosmetics, swimwear, and underwear)—may be excluded from return for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
3. Condition Requirements
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All tags and labels must remain intact.
- Items showing wear, damage, or scents (perfume, smoke) may be refused.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Life Personified account and visit the Returns Center.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- Print your prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely, affix the label, and ship within 7 business days of label issuance.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order once we receive the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard returns using our prepaid label incur a $7.00 flat fee, deducted from your refund.
- If you prefer to ship via your own carrier, we recommend using a trackable method—Life Personified is not responsible for lost shipments.
7. Exceptions & Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- We’ll cover all return shipping fees and ensure a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
