At Life Personified, we deliver more than products—we deliver moments. Here’s our standard shipping policy to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment clears. During peak seasons, processing may extend to 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–14 business days): on all orders

All transit times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days
  • Duties & Taxes: May apply upon arrival. Customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  1. A shipping confirmation email
  2. A tracking number with a link to the carrier’s website

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date:

We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Address Changes & Corrections

To change your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@lifepersonified.com. Once an order ships, address edits may not be possible and could incur additional fees.
